Het zorgt voor flexibiliteit, kracht en precisie in je slagen. Hier lees je hoe je de forehandgrip correct uitvoert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stappen om de forehand grip onder de knie te krijgen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Houd je racket vast als een handdruk (als iemand jarig is)<\/strong><br>Stel je voor dat je het handvat van het racket een hand geeft.
