1. Low gravity
2. Do this as fast as posssible
3. Repeat for 5 times
This exercise will specificly improve your speed from the middle- to rear- to front court. Make sure to push away from all corners, and stretch yourself as much as possible.
Make sure to be warmed up before during these exercises!
