This TUTORIAL will TEACH and HELP you HOW to improve your balance, by writing your name in the air ==============================================================================

1. Stand on one leg
2. Write your name with the other leg in the air in front of you
3. Do the same, just behind you
Balance is very important as a badminton player. This improves your strokes and your footwork. Balance does also improve the knee and the tendons in the knee – this will minimize the risk of injuries, due to you get a stronger knee.
Repeats: Do this 1 times on each leg before changing. Repeat the exercise 2-3 times.
