2. Increase the pace to a maximum
3. Challenge yourself and do double jumps
A jump rope is a great tool to improve your general speed in your body. You are stimulating your muscles to react fast and precise. By jumping on your toes, you will improve the speed in your footwork! By swinging fast, you will improve your forearm and shoulder strength and durability/agility.
