- Forehand lift from cross stroke
- Footwork towards the shuttle
- Footwork back towards the middle
A straight lift is common to play if the shuttle is coming from the other side of the court, which makes your opponent move around. The feeling with this shot will be different if the feeding comes straight, which is the point by changing the position of the feeder.
Feeding: 12 shuttles. Make sure you feeds cross court to the player practicing.
Repeats: 2-3 to make this exercise most efficient. Only 1 times in a row – change after every round.
Players: 2-3 players, if 3 players – one player collect the shuttles
